Razer Basilisk V3 Mouse scroll wheel constantly flickering but rest of led's work the same?! +doesnt work..

So, I got this mouse on Christmas of 2024 which isn’t really that long ago so I wouldn’t expect any problems so early but I’m pretty disappointed because the opposite has happened.. The mouse scroll wheel led is constantly flickering but the other led’s work as expected except its not as my saved setting. The Razer logo is in red and the underglow (from left to right) is orange and green and the mouse isn’t connecting at all. Windows doesnt detect it. Only the colours are working..

 

I’m gonna let time do it’s work, if time doesn’t fix it then then I’ll see what I can do to fix it..

Hi there, ​@noxersboxers!

 

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers and update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
