Razer Basilisk V3 mouse scroll wheel stopped working

Same issue here. Looking back through Razer support forums and Reddit, it seems like this isn’t an issue  Razer is talking about or fixing.

Razer hasn’t replied and my mouse went out of warranty just as issues started.

One, I highly doubt they will bother with a mouse that is out of warranty.

Two, they have been closing posts on here saying its moved to PM’s without posting any information to others about the issue, even though there are a number of posts talking about these mice breaking. The fact that they have put out no information and keep taking things to private chat rather than being transparent makes me doubt that they are interested in helping on this issue.
