Razer Basilisk v3 not working on 2.4ghz, only bluetooth

Hey all,

I have 2x Razer Basilisk v3’s (two different machines).

Up until recently, they were working fine with the dongle connected to the charging station and on 2.4ghz. Yet for some reason, both stopped working and only function on bluetooth.

Synapse detects them on bluetooth, but they don’t recieve updates on color changes. They just do their own thing.

Have removed from Synapse, reinstalled Synapse, still nothing.

Any ideas?

Howdy, @DASBEAN!

 

Try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Basilisk V3 so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
