Razer Basilisk v3 not working on 2.4ghz, only bluetooth

Hey all,

I have 2x Razer Basilisk v3’s on two different machines.

Up until recently, they were working fine with the charging dock connected to the machine, and using 2.4ghz. Yet for some reason, both stopped working on 2.4ghz and now only function on bluetooth.

Have removed from Synapse, reinstalled Synapse, disabled Synapse, updated firmware, still nothing. Have worked with a Razer support agent for over a month, and no luck - thinking it’s a hardware issue and I’m out of warranty support.

It’s hard to chalk them both up to a hardware issue, when they both worked fine, and both stopped working around the same time. It’s insanely odd that both mice, on different computers, are having the exact same problem.

Any ideas?
