Good evening, I have had the razer basilisk v3 pro for 4-5 months and the washer broke. Can we do something about it? Is there a replacement?

Hey ​@bfkandi13,

Can you send me a PM with a photo of the broken part so I can check it? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also send the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it should I need to create your case.
