Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Buttons Mapping

I really want to add some of the button mapping options displayed on the Razer Basilik V3 Pro site: https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice/razer-basilisk-v3. How do we map buttons for things like spreadsheets and video conferencing (aka, things that aren't just keyboard controls)? I did some searching on the help pages and only found some short articles on assigning macros, but those didn't seem very helpful seeing as "Macro" isn't an option under "Customize" on my Razer Synapse Version 3.7.831.83015.
