Hi, My razer Basilisk V3 Pro worked just fine until recently, when it just stopped working.It's just stuck showing red logo and wheel, not blinking (please check the pics below).
I've tried the following with no luck
- connecting the mouse with the Razer cable to the PC - no luck, the red light still there
- discarge it and recharge (doesn’t charge??)
- updating the mouse with Synapse (since the mouse it's being recognized by the soft)
I've also tried reseting the mouse pressing L + R buttons plus the wheel.
The light goes on Red as soon as I switch on the mouse or charge when off
Any ideas?
