Basilisk V3 Pro dongle just stopped working.  The Mouse works with a USB cable and in bluetooth mode, but the dongle is dead.

 

I have tried it in 3 different computers and it will not show up, I have also tried all the usual stuff that never works (uninstalling/upgrade software, firmware updates etc) Besides, the firmware updater can’t even find the dongle, since it is dead.

 

I have of course search the internet of possible solutions and discovered that there is a lot of people with the same issue. Rather dissapointed, especially considering the high price of the mouse.

 

Where can I get a new dongle?

Same here, I returned 3 to Best Buy finally working but after few months dongle is dead and now I can’t return. My hard earned CAD$200 gone. Shame on this company.
