razer basilisk v3 pro not detected by synapse

i plugged in my mouse to my PC via USB cable, i installed synapse but in synapses device menu i can see basilisk v3 pro but there is a loading and it says detecting device. unfortunately the detection can't finish. what could it be the problem

    Try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. You can also try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
