Dear support,
I've had a Basilisk V3 and the associated Pro Dock for a few weeks now. Unfortunately the dock is annoying. Every few hours the mouse freezes completely, which I can only fix by unplugging the ProDock from the USB and plugging it back in.
Both are at the newest firmware.
What can I do about it?
