Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Right Click No Longer Registering

Hi All,

 

I purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and I love the mouse except for the fact that the right click all of a sudden stopped working.

 

I tried resetting the mouse, using it on a new computer, uninstalling synapse and resetting settings in device manager.

 

I also rebound the right click to a different button (DPI Clutch) and it worked without issue. I think it might be a hardware issue with the click. 

 

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

Hello there, ​@Nastimus!

 

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
