Razer Basilisk V3 Pro scroll wheel function and LED issue

My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro’s scroll wheel began to act strangely since yesterday. First, I found that I could not use the wheel to scroll up and down on webpages and in games anymore, then the scroll wheel’s LED started to glow red when I lifted it off any surfaces even when brightness was set to OFF in synapse, and now the LED is stuck on red unless I turn it off. 

Other features like middle mouse click and scroll wheel left and right still function as normal

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse and all my mouse drivers at least 2 times, any suggestions or solutions to get my scroll wheel to scroll up and down again would be appreciated, thank you.
