Razer Basilisk v3 Pro with Mouse Dock Pro not detected by new Synapse

I'm trying to use Synapse Beta, but despite it mentioning it supports both the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro, in my case it doesnt.

It keeps looping with no information, and with “detecting device”.

I've tried removing the software, followed “device detection troubleshooting tool”, rebooted, nothing.

The old Synapse works, though. (I don't have both versions running, before trying the new version I completely removed the old version).
