Just about 1,5 year old mouse when comes to time of use, use with great care, never damaged etc in any way, works perfectly fine until couple days ago. Few days ago I noticed that mouse rgb change every time I pick it up mouse up and sensor is not active in air, mouse start to lag from time to time, in next couple of days mouse start to get random disconnections that evolved into very often and more intense loops of connect/disconnect that get only fixed after i try to reconnect mouse from pc couple of times in row. But just 2 days ago, out of nowhere mouse go completely wtf wild with connect/disconnect and start to behave like it has some kind of short circuit. Uninstalling/fresh reinstall of synapse didn't help, mouse firmware is updated, each time the sensor is “activated”/covered and “deactivated”/ pulled up from mousepad, rgb of mouse change color by itself, using wheele button for change mode of scroll/changing it in synapse app, instantly put mouse into connect/disconnect loop and mouse stop working completely and pc restart is needed, at this point using razer app at startup of windows put mouse in auto connect/disconnect loop from very beginning, in “right condition” mouse doesn’t work and start to make wtf “dying” sound: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gpu1_33M_fe-LpQF1Q5DF6K5Oz_eUyf0/view?usp=sharing
Is there any way to fix this mouse or its just the “quality” of razer products (my 1 st ever product from this brand) that break by itself out of nowhere even in perfect condition of use and its RIP for this mouse?
Is there any way/chance to make a complaint for a chance to get replacment?
