razer basilisk v4 pro and dock v2 pro disconnects

 There is a small mistake in the title; the one that disconnects at 2.4GHz is the mouse
But the dock doesn't disconnect 

just need support


i got the new razer basilisk v4 pro and the dock v2 pro there's a problem while working with the mouse (on 2.4ghz) the mouse discconects but the click of the mouse still working ( but can’t move the mouse) (the led of the 2.4ghz and bluetooth turns off then i need to turn it back on to 2.4ghz) this happens frequently through the day i re-paired the mouse and still the same

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Could you please confirm the following:

  • Does the Chroma lighting turn off only when playing Control Resonant, or does it happen in other games as well?
  • When the lighting turns off after the 5-minute Ecosystem timeout, does moving the mouse or pressing a button turn the lighting back on immediately?
  • Are you using the latest version of Razer Synapse and have all available firmware updates been installed?
  • Does the issue occur when the mouse is connected via wireless mode, wired mode, or both?
  • Have you tried temporarily disabling the Ecosystem feature in Synapse to see if the behavior changes?

    Hey aerotodayBrightLilac645, hope you doing well,


    I also encounter the problem but more on the side with the chroma which i am playing the game “control resonant” with a controller (xbox) for example.


    The light of the mouse is working until the timer "eco system" which i set 5min it shutdown automatically, normally when the light working it supposed to working and not stooping to work you know but so.

    There's no problem on the V3 PRO 35K.


    i don’t know if you encounter the problem too.
