Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed 2.4 doesn't work

I turned this mouse off overnight and when I came back and turned it on, it just stopped working completely. It doesn’t work on Bluetooth or 2.4 either. I’ve searched up ways to fix this but none of them work. I tried switching the drivers, I redownloaded my software, the synapse app, I tried replacing the battery, and etc. My computer can’t detect it, and razer synapse can’t detect it either. I’ve had this mouse for about 1 year and a half, and it’s never stopped working like this. Are there any fixes to this?

Hi @Iamnub1,

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Nevertheless, can you PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific workarounds to help you address the problem? Thanks!
