Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed 2.4 mode suddenly stop working

I've just bought the mouse 2 weeks ago everything seems fine when i started using it but now after 2 week the mouse suddenly stop working. Only 2.4 mode is not working but bluetooth mode works fine. Anyone have similar problems or know how to fix this?

    Well you can try different usb port. On my case the problem was the front usb connectors when i plug the receiver on directly to motherboard and restarted the system + rebooted the razer synapse the problem was gone! :) (Sorry for poor English not my native language)
