Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse not connecting

My Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed is not showing in Bluetooth devices, neither connecting as 2.4 nor in Razer Synapse.
I have tried all solutions in these forums but nothing helps
Can someone help?

I undertand the your Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed is no longer detected on pc. Have you tried connecting your mouse to a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed? Please PM your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacment options. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a list of the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, so I can scratch them off my list.
