Not connecting to 2.4G Hyperspeed dongle? Or bluetooth? Or both?

Dongle is visible in Windows device manager? If yes, try pairing it again with your mouse: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4868

Both 2.4 and Bluetooth don't work but my dongle is recognized by Windows but it doesn't want to connect to my mouse

It doesn't matter what kind of USB dongle I use in Razer pairing mode ?
or does it have to be the Razer USB dongle

If 2.4GHz hyperspeed mode, then YES, it has to be dedicated hyperspeed dongle.

If bluetooth, than any Bluetooth 4.0 (or above) dongle (or BT card if you’re using it in laptop) will work (it also operates at the same frequency - 2.4GHz, so be 100% sure it’s blueooth dongle).
