Razer basilisk x hyperspeed not working

I brought this mouse from nearly 4 months and it was working fine until 2 days ago, it went crazy the cursor is moving, but it doesn't, click on anything the macros are on and off and when I deleted synapse everything went back to normal for a day and then it all happened again I tried a lot of things but nothing happened. I really need help with this. And I can't return it because I brought it off amazon and the return time has passed.
