I’ve just bought a wireless mouse Razer Basilisks X hyperspeed and Im having random freezing issues with the connection. Sometimes while I’m playing I cant move my pointer for one second or even more. I dont know if his is a common problem and how to solve it before contacting Razer Support. I did verify windows is updated, updated the firmware, downloaded the pairing utility and almost all things before contacting them. Thanks for your time.

YES…..i have the same problem with my new mouse…...it is just stupid…...I choose RAZER because i thought the product quality will be good, but i am very dissapointed. The battery cover is moving on the back of my hand and i have2-3 sec of pointerfreezes. Last night i got so angry...i thought i will smash it on the ground. Stupid design..
