YES…..i have the same problem with my new mouse…...it is just stupid…...I choose RAZER because i thought the product quality will be good, but i am very dissapointed. The battery cover is moving on the back of my hand and i have 2-3 sec of pointer freezes. Last night i got so angry...i thought i will smash it on the ground.  Stupid design..

Hey habe das gleiche Problem, du musst den USB-Stick/ Bluetooth-stick in einen anderen USB-Hub stecken, dann hat es bei mir wieder funktioniert. Doch wenn ich im einen in der Nähe liegenden hub einen anderen USB Stick reinstecke, bugt es wieder und meine Maus geht ständig an und wieder aus… 

Wenn dir Tipp nicht hilft probier mal die Batterie zu wechseln oder die Treiber neu Herrunter zu laden!

I've been disappointed with Razer too since they replace mine 2 times and I still got the same issues.

They said that my Laptop is the problem without knowing I bought a laptop in between the warranty claim (Which took almost a year to replace all of my claim).

They decline my 3rd warranty claim saying that the mouse have no problem (after 4 months of uncertainty!!) even when I already give them a video of the serial number, date, and their product failing in a single video without any cut.

They just sell pure rubbish.

2 times replacement and got rubbish (3 products) only mean garbage. Even $8 Logitech perform a lot better.

I hope this only happen with Razer Indonesia.

You have to install the firmware for it to not stutter and pause. The firmware is what makes it work and it works flawlessly when installed. You can't say it is a garbage product if you haven't done what is required to use it properly. I had the same problem and as soon as I installed the new firmware I was happy with this mouse, it is better than logitech by a long shot.

That isn’t true, this issue started for me out of nowhere a few days ago after working fine for a year with the firmware installed. Now suddenly it’s doing it constantly, even when everything is uninstalled and after a clean re-install. 

I’ve run into the same issue.  My Basilisk X Hyperspeed stops responding randomly.   Sometimes its a few seconds, sometimes I have to take the battery out.  Sometimes it doesn’t come out of sleep mode.  It happens on different machines so its not a machine issue.  I see this problem all over the forums and redddit with no 100% fix.

Also updating the firmware doesn't work. It remains at 0% forever.

But I noted, that while the Firmware updater is running, the mouse works like it should without disconnects. I'm suspected the Razer software (which is closed by the Firmware updater), could be causing the issue.

I gave up with this mouse.. It still happens with mine.   It just stops responding randomly and I have to reseat the battery for it work.    Happens on multiple machines, we bought 6 of these for our esports lab, all SIX have the same issue.   They all now sit in a box, complete waste of money.    Razer wouldn’t help at all.     

The reciever has issues I might add. Also the software has conflicts with other software. If you use the Bluetooth option it works better but with latency problems. Razor needs to fix the conflicts. It does work if you get  a good install.

Same problem with basilic v2 for a few  month now, update firmware remove and reinstall razer apps with no better results, i like razer product, but i'm looking to for à new mouse non razer now.... 

Same problem here. Randomly freezing problems with no reason (full battery, 2.4 GHz connection to mother board USB port, firmware updated).

I just give up on this mouse and razer. Have just bought a Logitech 502.

also has this issue for few month. Usually mouse works fine, but sometimes it freezes for 2-3 sec, which is painful when playing dota. And there is no this issue when mouse is charching, so it’s 100 wireless issue 

Anyone found a solution? I’m having the exact same issue… While wired it works fine, but wireless it just freezes randomly. I’ve tried all steps above without luck.
