I cannot connect to my wi-fi when using 2.4G mode, but can connect when using Bluetooth mode. What i suppose to do fix problem?

I understand that you’re having issues pairing your Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed to its USB dongle. To isolate the problem, please make sure to directly connect the dongle to the PC USB port.
