I've looked everywhere inside the packaging, no scratch card. I got the instructions, the stickers, the mouse, mousepad and Blackshark V2 X headset but NO scratch card. I can provide all SN and ID numbers for proof of my purchase and I have a Razer Account

That's odd. The BlackShark V2 X should have a scratch card inside the package. Do you mind sending me the SN and a copy of the proof of purchase instead? I can try to use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf. You can upload the receipt on GDrive and send me a shareable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
