Just bought this a few days ago. Spent maybe an hour on it. For the past couple of days, it will not come out of this black screen -however, the green flashing light at the front-leading edge seems to indicate I have power. My thought is its stuck in a sleep/hibernate mode. To be honest, this is crap. I have been a Mac user for nearly 10 years because of this sort of thing. Now, I'm stuck back into this again. If I don't get this resolved, I'm just going to return this and buy a MacBook Pro.

    Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. That should force the laptop to shutdown. If it still does not power on after that, we may be off to a rough ride. Do send me a PM so we can troubleshoot away.
