So I bought the razer headset Blackshark V2 X. The audio is great and works, but the mic doesn't work at all. I have a split mic and audio input. My headset appears on my "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)". When I test the mic, tapping on it registers sound, but I can barely hear it. When I speak it studders so it's not understandable. I already updated the drivers, but without luck. I mainly think it's a software error, but not 100% sure. Anyone knows what do do next? it works with my iphone, and i tried to plug in my old 3.5mm headset and that worked too :/ even synaps couldnt detect it please help

Hello I found an answer: 1. OPEN DEVICE MANAGER, 2. PICK YOUR REALTEK DEVICE DRIVER, 3. CLICK UPDATE DRIVERS, 4. LET ME PICK DRIVERS FROM MY PC, 5. INSTEAD OF INSTALLING REALTEK DRIVERS PICK DRIVERS COMPATYBILE WITH HI DEFINITION AUDIO, 6. INSTALL DRIVERS AND RESET COMPUTER, 7. IT WILL WORK.

Worked for me thx
