Razer Black Widow Chroma + Synapse 2 and 3

I have a Razer Black Widow Chroma (Stealth). Synapse 2 detected it before I upgraded to Synapse 3 and uninstalled 2. After re-downloading 2, it wont even launch properly. 3 has never detected it even after performing all the steps found at https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1835/ When I plugged the keyboard into another computer with just synapse 3 on it, It recognized the keyboard and I could manage it. This leads me to believe there's an issue with my computer itself. The fastest way to reach me is through Discord. Pablo#2050
