Razer Black Widow Ultimate 2016 weird glitch issues

I've been using a Black widow Ultimate 2016 for over a year with zero issues then a few weeks ago my computer would start popping up the right click menu when not doing anything on my computer. It's been doing this randomly for a few weeks now but today when I got home it started doing the same thing only it would just stop working. The back light went out except for a few random keys. These keys weren't set up on a separate layer in synapse or anything. I updated synapse hoping that would solve the problem but nope, so I restarted after the update and no response from my keyboard. So I unplugged and plugged in both usb ports and nothing, did it again and it finally lit up and signed in with my PIN. After signed on I go to chrome and went to type and it would type most of the characters I pressed down but my backspace wouldn't work and then it just stopped responding. After about 30 seconds it would let me type again. I have no idea how something like this could happen. Nothing has spilled in or around my keyboard or my computer. It just doesn't make sense to me. I had to dust off an old PS2 keyboard from my closet just to get on here to get this out and look for help. I tried looking around on forums but couldn't find any similar issues and didn't know how to word this problem in a search. Is this a thing that people have gone through and is there a solution for this issue? Any help on this would be great.
