My friend cant ear me out, i have everything a top, and really i ear myself very low. I plugged directly to the PC, and works fine. Its the headset broken? Its brand new

    Not broken, I have the same issue. When wireless, the microphone is quiet and of considerably poorer quality like a dated phone in a tunnel. I'm pretty sure the razer synapse software causes it in some way, because when directly plugged in synapse can no longer detect the headset and the mic is fine. However not being detected also means you don't get the audio improvements of the USB stick or software and those improve the experience noticeably, at least for me. I've been toying with various solutions to get both mic and audio quality at once but not had any luck.
