I just have bought my new RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X and the Stereo sounds are all good. Unfortunately, the Microphone is not working. I am an avid fan of Razer since 2016 but this time I experienced the lack of quality from the Razer Products particularly the Razer Blackshark V2 X Headset. I need some refund for this
