Razer Blackshark Pro V2 Dongle Replacement

I would also like to know please, mine is lost and is nowhere to be found. I need a new one but I don't wanna buy a whole new headset when I just got this headset a couple days ago

I have the same issue. I want to know where I can purchase a blackshark v2 pro dongle. I have been trying to find it online only to see horror stories of people either not getting their replacement they paid for or having to resort to knockoff dongles that might not work. I also see this issue being a problem for people from 3 years ago or in this case at the time of writing this post 7 days ago. 

I hope this issue can be resolved asap I just really want to be able to pet my damn cat while listening to never gonna give you up in the next room.

defective dongle for me. It works, but I get disconnecting sounds every now and then. I would like to get a replacement dongle for the same headset model, but I can’t find anything 100% reliable online. 

will a 2023 model dongle work with the 2020 edition Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset?

What should i do i have same problem and the local service store’s are denien repair the usb dongle. Maybe they do not have same parts or just don’t want to do it.
