Razer Blackshark V2 (brand new) - no audio from the left headphone

New out of the box. Only hearing audio from the right headphone. Tried it on multiple devices, MacBook, PC & phone, same behaviour on all. On PC tried it directly with 3.5mm jack & usb soundcard. Audio balance is set to 50/50. Please help, this is my first razer product and not impressed if this is the kind of quality on offer.

Do you mind sending me the serial number of your BlackShark V2 via PM? That way, I can verify its model and check for any warranty claim. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
