Hi.
As other’s have noted, the dongle seems to not work with the BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed. All of my firmware has been updated to the newest settings.
It works sometimes, so I know it’s not a hardware issue. But this is just getting ridiculous.

Let me assist you with your Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed USB dongle connection issue. Please make sure that the USB dongle is connected directly to your computer and not on a USB hub.
