I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing. I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.
For those of you having problems with connecting to the dongle, go to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166 and update both dongle and heaset firmware by folowing the directions and instructions on the updater application.
My headset is not able to connect to the dongle either. Firmware is up to date as suggested.
Please advise what else I can try?

You guys solved the problem? I have the same as i bought the headset today
Recently my BlackShark V2 Hyper Speed got the exact same issue.

To repair my USB dongle and the headset.
All are working fine for now. I’ll update if it’s failed again.
