Hello. i just got my headset from my dad as a birthdaygift. after 5 days in the morning when i woke up to start my pc i realized that the sound only coming from the left earbud, i cant hear anyting from the right earbud. i have tried to reinstall razer synapse, updating all the sound drivers. i did try on my laptop, still the same.. is this common on these headset? its happening in both wireless and wired. i have been looking for solutions but havent found anything.. please help.

Did you able to fix this? I just got this problem, I just turned on my headset and there was no sound on the right ear

connected with the dongle or by wire the result is the same.
