Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed only working on SOME windows PCs

On my home PC the bluetooth & wireless connectivity works fine, however on my work laptop it has suddenly stopped recognizing the “Headset” device as of 2 days ago after working for 6-7 months without issues

At first it was just the microphone not receiving any audio signal through some applications, I disconnected the bluetooth device, restarted, reconnected it and then the whole headset device is not found anymore so I can’t get audio in or out of the headset without having the USB connected

I also don’t believe I had a dongle with this headset, but if I did at some point I have no idea where it is
Which is required to do firmware update and run the headset pairing utility

Is there a fix for the bluetooth headset? Or a replacement dongle available?
