I bought a brand new V2 Hyperspeed, aside some once in a while popping sound, it was working fine until I updated the firmware.
after the update the wireless power saving capability stopped working. (the automatic turning off of the headset after some idle and mute time/in my case, 15 minutes)
here are the methods already used for resolving the issue:
- fully uninstalling/reinstalling synapse. 2. all settings on synapse have been double checked. 3.ran the firmware updater again. (didn’t let me update) 4. headset factory reset. 5. cable change/port change and etc.
the wireless power saving option is very important for me, if anyone has any method to help me on this matter, I would appreciate it.
