I recently set my headphones aside for a while, and when I returned, the right one had stopped functioning altogether. I began to feel frustrated as nothing I tried seemed to help. I opened them up to inspect the wiring, and everything appeared to be in order. After that, I updated the firmware, but there was still no improvement. I also checked the sound settings, thinking perhaps the left/right balance had been altered, but that wasn't the case either
