Razer Blackshark v2 hyperspeed sidetone quality bad

Hey,

so my girlfriend just bought the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed, because she really liked my Blackshark V2 Pro, but wanted to go a bit cheaper.

One of the features she really liked about the V2 Pro was the pleasant sidetone feature it has. But unfortunately the Hyperspeed self-hearing sounds really bad. Although both headsets should have similar quality of mic and sound(?)

Is this maybe a firmware issue?
