Razer blackshark v2 issues | Razer Insider

After the latest update on synapse 3.9. I came across a major issue with my sound.

While on discord voice channels. I can’t change my sound to lower or higher. it stays the exact same level of sound. I tried to mute my sound while having music playing in the background but after muting I could still hear my music and discord.

I’m using a blackshark v2 and my device shows that it’s connected and working fine. (i checked this via sound mixer and device manager)
I tried to run troubleshooting from windows itself and it couldn’t find anything as well.

I tried the following to hopefully fix the issue but it didn’t change anything:

1 i tried to check my setting.
2 reinstalled discord (seems to not work because the issue seems to come from razer synapse/game bar interaction
3 repaired and reinstalled synapse. (This didn’t do anything and my issue still occurs)
4 changed the sound to my monitor while on discord and it worked normally. (i can mute my sound and change my level of sound without any issue)

Even after trying this. I still have the same issue. before the latest update it worked perfectly fine for me but now i can’t adjust my sound to my preferred level and i cannot mute my sound at all. I tried everything i could but the problem seems to point towards the interaction between synapse and the sound mixer.

Anyone know what i can do to fix this issue. it’s quite annoying to be made deaf by games or music while said application has its sound on almost mute.

I am having the same issue after the last update as you have. I have Blackshark V2 Pro 2023. I did every steps even more. While watching video on Google chrome, Volume slider does not work between 1-100%. Gives the same volume level. This is also happening for the VLC player as well. Developers must solve it immediately. By the way, I am using Windows 11.

I solved the problem by removing all files on the PC related with Razer.

Then all problems gone. I mean you should remove all Razer files from ProgramData, Program Files and Appdata folder locations. Good luck.
