Hello! I have a Razer Blackshark V2 bluetooth headset and use it on my PS5. When i play with my friends they say my mic is cutting out, and i dont understand why. Could i please get some help, i think i have updated the headset firmware update to the latest, but i am not sure. Please help.

My mic sound quality is good, i have tested it on a few different websites and on ps5 aswell. So i dont understand whats the problem
