I have had the Razer Blackshark V2 7.1 audio since 2023 July 19, when I put the headphones in my computer I received free THX Spatial audio after a while I reset my computer and reinstalled the THX spatial and Razer synapse but it asked for an activation code for it and I never used it as I could just install it, and on the Razer site they say that my Razer Blackshark V2 does not support 7.1 audio?! I did before and I no longer have the box so I couldn't look in it for a code, what now??!!

The Razer BlackShark V2 comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3. I suggest taking a look at this link that provides detailed instructions on how to configure THX Spatial Audio on Razer Synapse. Hopefully, this helps you get everything set up properly.
