Razer Blackshark V2 not registering and loud rustling

I have recently bought a new Blackshark V2 Headset but its not getting registered by any of the Razer software, not even the Surround Sound 7.1. I can hear sounds well but when i plug in the mic-pin my friends can only hear loud rustling noises.

Hello there! The Razer Blackshark V2 can be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0. Please be aware that the 7.1 Surround Sound is only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, and the Blackshark V2 X.
