I have been using these headphones for a while with the dongle but then i moved and lost the dongle but i just found it and i cannot hear any sound when using the dongle.
The headphones are the blackshark v2 pro 2020 edition

Of course if the dongle is visible in Windows device manager.

I double check hardware and software mute off. Make sure it's set to default should happen when plugged in but I double check it setup to default. I consider checking firmware and windows update for new driver.
Do other headset work fine have you tested it on other hardware.
