Razer Blackshark v2 pro (2020) - Suddenly louder than usual and static in one ear

I got my Razer Blackshark v2 pro (2020) late last year and for the past 4 month it had been working fine. Then yesterday after it being fine all day I went to watch a youtube video and I noticed it was much louder than usual, I also noticed the was a constant buzzing/static noise coming from the right ear as well. 

I hadn’t changed any settings so I was unsure what caused the audio changed or why the right ear has a constant static noise. I’ve gone through synapse and checked if anything had changed. I’ve also done a fresh install of synapse but the headset is still much louder on the same audio levels than before and the static buzz still remains. I also moved the usb dongle to different ports but the issue still remained.

For now I’ve just turned down the volume on my volume mixer but I’m unsure how to fix the static noise. I was going to try access warranty support but due to where the serial number sticker is on the headset the numbers have become hard to read.
