Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 Volume control has no sound in left channel when in center postion.

Hi,

My 2020 Razer Blackshark V2 Pro has developed an odd issue where the sound in the left ear cuts out completly when it is snapped to the center position. If I turn it up or down by just a few degrees the sound returns. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve tried firmware updates, factory reset and using both the dongle and the 3.5mm cable.Nothing seems to help. Would anyone else have a solution.

Buddy, almost all volume control knobs installed on the mainboard will more or less develop the headphone issue you described after prolonged use. You can contact customer service for repairs—this is a problem that inevitably occurs.
