Hello, how can I connect my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) to Synapse 2.0 on my Mac? I turned on the headset & plugged in the USB-C dongle on the Mac, unfortunately the loaded app Synapse can't find my headset. It says: Please connect a Razer Synapse Enable device. What am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot for your help.
