Hello, how can I connect my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) to Synapse 2.0 on my Mac? I turned on the headset & plugged in the USB-C dongle on the Mac, unfortunately the loaded app Synapse can't find my headset. It says: Please connect a Razer Synapse Enable device. What am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot for your help.

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) is only compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 and not with Razer Synapse 2.0. This is why your headset isn't being detected on your Mac. I hope this information helps. Feel free to PM me if you need further assistance. All the best!
