Thanks for posting your concern about your headset’s mic setting. Just to clarify, are you only having issues with the mic setting and the other settings working? Are you also making the adjustments in the Synapse app? Make sure the Synapse 3 application is up-to-date. You can also try repairing it or performing a clean installation of the app. If that didn’t work, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and help you escalate your concern to the relevant team for advanced resolution.

Yes, I am only having issues with mic settings. Any other settings work well, such as equalizer, etc. I am sure that Synapse 3 is up-to-date already since I have been using Razer equipment for many years (mouse Naga Trinity and keyboard Hunstman Tournament edition). I will try to delete and install it again and tell you if I am still having that issue.
