Hi there. I just bought a BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and i can’t make it appear in Synapse. I tried with Synapse 3, 4 and nothing. They worked on pc or phone via Bluetooth but can’t make them to appear in the app. In device manager they are detected as USBAudio1.0. I tried to reinstall the app multiple times and nothing. I tried to update the firmware of the headset but it cannot detect my doungle.
