Hello, whenever I listen to something from youtube or spotify, I only hear a weird sound from the left side of the headset, a quiet ringing sound, when I stop the video, this sound is more pronounced and disappears after 15 seconds, there is never such a sound on the right side of the headset, only on the left side, I updated the firmware to the latest version, but the problem is not solved, does anyone know the solution?
