Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and THX

Hi there, I have some problems with my new V2 Pro. I can turn on the THX in the Razer Synapse software and all works fine. You can hear the difference clearly when turned on or off. But after a few seconds or minutes (it's variable) the THX is still turned on in the software, but you can hear, that it is turned off... When I go into the Synapse software and toggle it off/on you can hear, that it is turned on again. And then again the same procedure will continue... I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse software but it doesn't help. Is there a way to fix it? KR Matthias
